NextIQ Card Scan

NextIQ Card Scan is an add-on application designed to work within an ERPNext/Frappe environment. It uses AI technology to extract information from scanned business cards and create corresponding lead or contact records in ERPNext.

NextIQ Assistance

NextIQ Assistance is an AI-powered feature designed to assist users within the ERPNext environment.

NextIQ does not operate as a standalone product. Both features function within and depend on your existing ERPNext instance and its configuration.

NextIQ is intended for business and professional use by organizations and their authorized personnel. By using NextIQ, you confirm that:

• You are authorized to act on behalf of your organization in accepting these Terms
• You have the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to operate your ERPNext instance
• You will use NextIQ only for lawful business purposes

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use NextIQ within your ERPNext environment for your internal business operations.

You may not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of NextIQ, except where permitted by law
• Resell, sublicense, rent, or distribute NextIQ to third parties without our prior written consent
• Use NextIQ to build a competing product or service
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices contained within NextIQ

You retain all rights to the business card data, lead records, and other information processed through NextIQ within your ERPNext environment.

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring you have the appropriate rights, consents, and permissions to collect and process the information on any business card you scan
• The accuracy of information entered into or generated within your ERPNext instance
• Maintaining the security of your ERPNext environment, including user accounts, passwords, and access permissions
• Complying with all applicable data-protection and privacy laws in your use of NextIQ

Our handling of the information NextIQ processes is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

NextIQ uses AI technology to extract information from scanned business cards.

NextIQ uses a third-party AI service, Google Gemini, to process scanned business card information and voice recordings.

While we aim for accuracy, AI-based extraction may occasionally misread or omit information from a scanned card. You are responsible for reviewing and correcting extracted data before relying on it for business purposes. NextIQ is provided as a productivity aid and does not guarantee 100% extraction accuracy.

NextIQ is provided on a token-based usage model. Each business card scan processed through NextIQ consumes one token from your account's available balance.

No refunds are available.

NextIQ operates within ERPNext, an open-source platform, and may rely on third-party services (such as AI providers) to deliver its functionality. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or acts of third-party platforms or providers outside our direct control, including your ERPNext hosting provider.

NextIQ, including its underlying software, design, branding, and documentation, is the property of Satat Technologies and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you, only the limited license described in Section 3.

We aim to keep NextIQ available and functioning reliably but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. NextIQ may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or issues with your ERPNext environment or hosting infrastructure.

Support is provided as described in your service agreement with us, if applicable.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• NextIQ is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of NextIQ, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities
• Our total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or NextIQ shall not exceed the amount paid by you for NextIQ in the 12 months preceding the claim

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of NextIQ, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law, including in relation to the collection or processing of business card data.

We may suspend or terminate your access to NextIQ if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that we reasonably believe is harmful to NextIQ, other users, or us.

You may stop using NextIQ at any time by uninstalling it from your ERPNext environment. Termination does not affect data already stored within your own ERPNext instance, which remains under your control.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to NextIQ or our business practices. Continued use of NextIQ after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated where reasonably possible.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad.
